Can a team share Desktop maps?

Yes, and many do. Maps are files, so they can live on a shared drive and be picked up by whoever needs them next. People work on them in turn rather than at the same time, and each person needs a licence.

Can we stop the AI entirely?

Yes. MindGenius 20 has no AI in the build at all. Not disabled, not hidden, not there. .

Not sure which fits?

Choose Online if you want every project held together in one place with a view across all of them at once, or you work on a Mac. One person running six projects gets the same overview as a team of thirty, and when there is more than one of you, everyone works in the same project at the same time. Everything is held on Microsoft Azure, with the availability and data protection enterprise, government and education require.

Is Online only for teams?

No. Plenty of people run their own projects on Online, because it keeps every project in one place and shows what needs attention across all of them. Everything on the plan works with a single seat.

Can we turn the AI off?

Yes, for everyone. Your super administrator sets it for the organisation and individual users cannot override it. Read the plain English answer on AI, data and security.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you do not subscribe, the account becomes a free single project plan rather than switching off. You keep one project with full Mindmap, Taskboard and Timeline functionality, for as long as you want it.

Billing lives inside your account. Sign in, then open Account and Billing to change your card, view invoices or manage your subscription.
